Is there anyway that i can chage my service from one phone to another with out calling them up and spending hours on the phone to do a simple task? I just bought a prepaid sprint pcs ready mobile phone yesterday at a store. I cannot seem to activate it. I have called the number given on the instruction card, and I followed the steps that the machine gave me when I called, but after following so many steps, the costumer service line hung up on me! I have tried this about 8 times, and every time, it has done the same thing over and over again. Has anyone been through this before? How can I activate my phone? PLEASE HELP!
