I am having a huge billing problem with Sprint. I made a change in my service, and it’s caused me nothing but problems.I’ve called them at least once every month for the last six months trying to get the problem straightened out. One problem is that their call centers are in many different countries, and they don’t quite understand. I get transferred from person to person. I should owe about $100, they say it’s $400!! I want to cancel but they will still charge a $250 cancellation fee. So now my service has been disconnected and I won’t pay a dime until the billing is corrected, but they say they can’t help me until I pay the bill!!! Also, the day before yesterday, the rep I talked to encouraged me to close the account! So, just on principle, I will fight them to the end. Any info anyone can provide will be much appreciated.
