can i send picture messeges to other network when I have sprint pcs?

Maybe, it depends. You need to call Sprint to ask them. See some cell phone companies like Cingular and Verizon have partnerships with each other. Some don’t. Dial *2 TALK from your Sprint PCS Phone

Yes, you can. I have Sprint and I’ve succesfully sent picture messages to cingular, t-mobile, and cingular. I did have some trouble with cingular at first, but Sprint seems to have fixed that problem. The thing about Sprint is they don’t use MMS. They use their own thing. But it seems to work fine and convert to MMS well.

the picture is send throw MMS service, between network and network there must be deal for transfere MMS between them if there are no this deal between the operatore of your country you can not, you must check the case for your country.
But for out of your country of course no because the transfere of MMS between countries didn’t start yet
